Though Homosexuality was practiced and partially accepted in Hindu religion, Buddhism and Jainism where sexual desire is considered as an obstacle, homosexuality or heterosexuality was not the priority. According to the traditions they follow, the original nature of any living being should be respected. India, as a secular country had very diverse options ranging with different rules and practices followed over homosexuality relationship.
