Studies had proved that yoga and aerobics has effects on human brain. A review was published in the Journal- ‘Brain Plasticity,’ based on the study of 11 individual’s relation between their brain health and yoga. The comparison of their brain health difference was measured at the beginning and end of the intervention. The study also proves that the brain functionality differs from a person who does yoga regularly and from a person who does yoga occasionally. The studies examined how yoga enhances brain structures and functions.
Yoga changes the chemical composition of the brain. It is even considered as a technique that breaks bad habits, eliminates negativity and reduce stress. The powerful effects of meditation and yoga on the brain is subjected to neurological benefits. Reduce in stress, depression and anxiety will increase the health factor mentally and overall quality of life.
