Actor Tom Holland who plays the role of Spiderman as Peter Parker in an interview said that he would like to see a gay spiderman. He said it would be progressive to create a new queer character.
Sony is interested in introducing the bisexual spiderman in a movie that unites its three iconic actors- Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield, and Tobey Maguire. Though Tom Holland has spoken about a Queer Spiderman having an intent that Garfield would be playing the role, sources from Sony said that the ‘iconic spiderman’ Peter Parker would explore his sexuality and Garfield even suggested that Michael B. Jordan would play the role of husband of the Queer Spiderman.
