Jack Vidra and Cain Marko got married in Vidra’s apartment that had a view of the lakefront Bird Sanctuary where they had initially planned to have the ceremony. Vidra stated that the duo met only last summer and had moved their relationship quickly as there was mutual interest and respect for each other.
Cain Marko in an interview spoke about how the couple decided to get married. He said, “We were just cuddling in my bed and I asked him if he would marry me and he made this adorable expression. He said yes and it was kind of a spur of the moment thing so I grabbed one of the rings I have and put it on his hand — my fingers are much bigger than his so it didn’t really fit. Still, he wore the oversized ring that I had bought from a vintage shop.”
