This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the dispatch and delivery of physical goods sold via Q+ (www.qplus.me). By placing an order on our platform, users agree to the shipping terms outlined herein. This policy applies to both domestic (India) and international orders and is designed to ensure transparency and trust for all customers.
1. Order Processing Timeline
1.1 Domestic Orders (India)
- All orders placed for delivery within India are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Orders are shipped within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
1.2 International Orders
- International orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Orders are shipped within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
1.3 Pre-Orders
- For pre-ordered products, shipping timelines may be extended depending on the production and availability schedule.
- Estimated dispatch timelines will be provided on the product page or at the time of checkout.
- Customers placing pre-orders acknowledge and accept potential delays and agree not to hold Q+ liable for such extensions within reasonable bounds.
1.4 Exceptions
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, stock unavailability, force majeure events, or peak season demands.
- Customers will be notified of any such delays proactively via email or platform notification.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 India
- Orders within India above INR 1000 are eligible for free shipping.
- Orders below INR 1000 will incur a flat shipping fee, calculated and displayed during checkout.
2.2 International Shipping
- Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the delivery country, weight, and value of the order.
- The final shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment.
- Import duties, customs taxes, or additional handling charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the Q+ shipping fee and must be borne by the customer.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- Upon dispatch, users will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active, depending on the logistics partner.
- Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring availability for delivery.
4. Shipping Carriers and Logistics Partners
Q+ partners with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery. These may include:
- For India: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, or other verified domestic carriers
- For International: FedEx, DHL, Aramex, UPS, or region-specific couriers
Q+ reserves the right to change shipping partners based on location, serviceability, and efficiency.
5. Delivery and Receipt
- Deliveries are made during standard business hours (9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday).
- A delivery will be considered complete upon confirmation from the logistics partner’s system.
- If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to Q+.
- Additional re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts.
6. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
- If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept, Q+ will notify the customer.
- Shipping fees and return charges for such orders will not be refunded.
- The customer may be required to pay re-shipping fees for delivery resumption.
7. International Duties and Taxes
- All international orders may be subject to duties, customs charges, and taxes levied by the destination country’s government.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by Q+.
- The customer is solely responsible for these additional charges and must ensure compliance with their country’s import regulations.
8. Restricted Shipping Locations
- Q+ reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain regions or countries due to local laws, customs constraints, or logistical infeasibility.
- If an order is placed to a restricted destination, the customer will be contacted and refunded in full.
9. Packaging and Discretion
- All Q+ shipments are securely packaged to protect contents during transit.
- For user privacy, especially concerning sensitive or community-specific items, packaging is discreet and does not display brand or content details externally.
10. Damages and Issues
- Upon receiving the order, customers must inspect it immediately.
- In case of visible damage or incorrect items, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via our helpdesk.
- Q+ will initiate investigation and offer resolution as per the applicable refund, replacement, or compensation policy.
11. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
- This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- In case of disputes, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- For international customers, local consumer protection laws may apply in conjunction, but Indian law will prevail in contractual matters.
12. Policy Updates
Q+ reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
