Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs all orders placed on www.qplus.me. By placing an order with Q+, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. These terms ensure fairness, transparency, and consumer protection while safeguarding the interests of the Q+ brand.

1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Timeframe for Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, the order will be processed and moved to dispatch, at which point cancellations will no longer be accepted.

1.2 How to Cancel

1.3 Refund on Cancellation

  • If eligible, the refund for a cancelled order will be processed within 7 working days from the cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during purchase.

2. Return and Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are permitted only for products with quality issues or damages and must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.

2.4 Inspection and Approval

  • Once the returned item is received, it will undergo quality inspection.
  • The customer will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of the refund.

2.5 Refund Timeline

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
  • Products purchased using store credits or discount vouchers (unless damaged or defective)
  • Intimate apparel or hygiene-related items, including undergarments, sexual wellness products, binders, tucking products, and similar products, due to strict health and hygiene regulations
  • Customized or made-to-order products

4. Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Reporting Timeframe

  • Any product received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4.2 Resolution Process

Upon verification, Q+ will offer one of the following based on the nature of the issue:

  • Free replacement (if stock permits)
  • Full refund
  • Store credit equivalent to the value of the item

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing timeline:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider—processing delays may apply.

6. Discretionary Rights

Q+ reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns/refunds that do not meet policy conditions
  • Change or amend the refund/cancellation terms without prior notice
  • Withhold a portion of the refund in case of missing packaging or accessories

7. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
